Our fridge randomly likes to freeze food, ruining any produce anywhere in the fridge (except door, I don't think i've seen ice there before). The temp control isn't set too high, the doors shut, I can't figure out the problem.

Has anyone else experience this problem? Growing up we also had a magic Chef that did the same thing, & I believe my sister also experienced this with her Magic Chef.

Any ideas on how to fix it? (a new fridge is in my future, just not right now!! I hate this thing!!)

My hubby & I have a not-so-good sex life. We are young (24), no kids, and only do it a couple times a month, although we try more often than that. He has ADD & takes meds for that, but gets distracted & loses any erection he has. Its frustrating for both of us! Any ideas on how to counteract these problems?

She is almost 2 years old, & had been showing signs of heat. The vet suggested respay to make sure no ovarian tissue was left behind when the shelter first spayed her. (she was only 2 lbs when they did that). Its been about 28 hrs since she went under & it seems like the drugs still haven't worn off. How long will it take for her to come out of it? Also, how long will the cat seem in pain/lethargic?

She was spayed at 2 lbs (maybe younger, she was the runt of the litter), & has a microchip tag in her (not our choice). She is about 1 1/2 years old. She is presenting signs of being in heat, but blood tests don't show any hormones.

Her spay incision line & nipples have no hair around them, her teats are swollen. She seems to attract our male cat around dusk & he attempts to mount her. She is afraid of everything & always has shed quite a bit. She is also quite a lover & a great cuddler!

We have gone to 2 different vets, tried to treat UTIs with medicine & cranberry juice, used Prozac twice & absolutely hated the effects it had on our kitty. She will not be using Prozac any more. We do not want to turn her into an outdoor cat & would rather keep her instead of finding her a new home.

Has anyone else had a problem or treated a cat with similar symptoms?

The upper branches bloomed in September last year. I'm not sure how it does in springtime, as I moved in during the summer. Likewise, I don't know how old it is. We notices some scaly fungus on several branches and pruned them off. Now it is January and I see buds on most branches. I first noticed them in late november or december during a warm snap. What do we need to do with it?

My 6 month old kitten has been having trouble going to the bathroom. She has been tested for a UTI 3 times, all positive. the first 2 times she was treated with Clavamox, this time she was given half a pill of a different antibiotic. Each time she seemed better the first couple of days but by the last 3 days was back to having trouble.

She gets bloated and whiny when she has to pee. If we accompany her to the basement, she will go to the litter box and do her thing. If we are not paying attention, she will use our tub on the first floor. We have 4 boxes available and keep them clean, although she doesn't run to a clean box right away. She has peed on soft things (blanket, towel, couch) 5 times.

We have had 3 urinalyses, all positive for uti; an urine culture with no bacteria; a clear ultrasound; and a clear xray.

Anyone else have this problem or an answer? This has been going on for 2 months now.

She has been urinating in our bathtub 2-3 times a day. We have no problems with #2, that is always in the litter box. She ended treatment for a UTI about 2 weeks ago. Her urine is darker in color and really smelly. Has anyone else had problems like this?

I missed one pill and took 2 as soon as I remembered later in the day, and had unprotected sex once a day for a week. a month later my doctor switched bc pill brands on me and I'm not convinced they are working. I woke up a few days ago with the line "9 months later, sweet baby on the way" from Sublime stuck in my head (maybe just cause I listened to that song a couple times the day before). and then I had slight cramping for a day and was not feeling well for a day. now i feel fine. AF is due in a week and a half so it is too early to tell if I've missed.

I've been having unprotected about 1 or 2 times a week on average, but we always clean up right away. We aren't trying to get pregnant, but aren't positive this bc is working right.

When looking out the window and he sees a bird or bug, my cat does this weird meow where he doesn't make much noise, but his mouth moves in short, choppy movements. I think it has something to do with 'the hunt.' Is this a chirrup?

My wedding is small, 70 guests total, but my mom would like to invite her 2nd cousins and friends to a bridal shower. that would make a large bridal shower, but it would be more of a reason to get together and visit than anything, as my family is always looking to have a get-together. How can we go about doing this without looking greedy. I'm even fine with putting 'no gifts necessary' on the invite.

My fiance and I want a small wedding, and our reception venue is rated for 75, but it can be stretched if we rent a tent and seating for the patio. His parents are paying for half, my parents have not said what they will pay for, and we will cover the rest.

We want to have just family and close friends at our ceremony. My mom insists that I have to invite my great aunts & uncles, 2nd cousins, and family friends. I don't want to invite everyone (up to 30-40 more people), because we are sort of having a destination wedding 2 1/2 hours away from our hometowns, where everyone lives, and we think that a lot more people will rsvp than we can handle since it would be similar to a vacation. Also, my family's guest list is about 3x as big as my fiance's, and it wouldn't be fair to invite more of my family if his parents are paying for half.

I have told my immediate family they are invited, but not past aunts, uncles, and my 1st cousins, whom I want to attend.

I need ideas on how to convince my parents that they need to understand that I want a small intimate wedding with close friends not a big one. Telling them does not work.

Growing up my sister was mean to me, and she has not been 100% behind me and my fiance. She says cruel things and I don't want her next to me if she is not going to support me. I think that having her sing would be very special, and she would also be my personal attendant. My mom says it it rude and mean, because I have my future sister-in-law as a bridesmaid (my brother is opposite her as a groomsman). Do I just give in to the wishes of my mom again, in the interest of keeping peace rather than what I truely want?

Both of us were born and raised Catholic, but no longer practice. We don't necessarily believe in all of the teachings of the Church. We really want an outdoor wedding, partly because we feel closer to God outside than in our hometown Church, and also because of beliefs, medical reasons, and my dissatisfaction of the Church. I tend to faint in Church and medical situations, and I DO NOT want to pass out during my wedding ceremony. I also have a problem with the Church due to several events that have happened to my local parish. (My family joined my Finacee's church after I moved out).

In short, I am very upset with the church and don't know if I want to continue to be Catholic.

Our parents want us to get married in the Church, and they don't understand our thoughts and feelings. We have put off planning the wedding because whatever we do they will have a problem with our choice.

Is it possible to get married by a priest outside of the Church sanctuary?

We are getting married in a month and don't want to get pregnant right away.

I am not worried about STDs, me and my partner are both clean.

I don't want to take any hormone birth control or use a method that would act as an abortion. I just want to know how safe condoms are in regards to pregnancy.

I am trying to find a gyno in my area, but don't know how to start. I am currently on my parent's insurance, which does not cover gynos, but will be on my own in 6 months. Are there any good ways to research doctors, to see if they have less-than good records? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I need ideas for a grant writing activity. The idea needs to offer a service to a community.
