Okay so, last weekend I ordered Uber eats for me and the kids for dinner. My husband was in his garage drinking (as usual). I went to throw out the trash and I told him I had ordered food (fyi I paid the order!) So saturday and sunday passes and monday afternoon he flips out and says why I am hiding stuff from him and that he "only knew" bc he went into our online banking (he rarley deposits money in it) he made a huge deal meanwhile I told him he was notified with details etc. He went way over dramatic that night. I didn't say a word to him at all that night until the next day. He still had a damn attitude. So he has the audacity to make this huge drama about ordering Uber eats and supposedly me not telling him. But today he went to his ex's house (I found out bc his gmail is on the computer) he was there over an hour. He never told me he was going to pass by to "see his son" anyway why does he make it big and says I hide stuff when he is the one doing it?

My problem is not him seeing his child if that is what he really went to do but why accuse me if I am not doing that, but he does it alot and never mentions anything to me. 

I text him if he was okay bc he usually is texting throughout the day and after 2 pm today he didn't log into social media (weird) but his response was "are you okay 😏" and got so mad he said in spanish that if I am going to start **** again and blocked me?! 

What the hell is his issue?

So ever since this craziness of covid shutting everything down in March I focused on losing weight, eating healthy and drinking more water. August came and covid took my grandmother (she was more like a mom to me) after that I did not have the energy or the will to continue my weightloss journey. I have become lazy and have been eating more. Whatever I lost before August came back. I seen myself in videos and pictures and I feel sad. I need motivation like even my husband says don't set yourself up to do excersise because you will end up quitting anyway in a mean way though. Help!!!

So here goes. My husband for a while now will drink friday, saturday and sundays in his garage. And the days he does he drinks to get drunk like pass out. Also when he drinks he is on his phone at the same time. I don't know if he is texting someone or what. Why is he doing this? What can I do to fix this?

When talking about work what does hybrid mean? I have never heard that before. Is this new?

Lately my husband gets mad just because there isn't enough salt in the food or if I wake up at 2 am to use the restroom. I feel his vibe as not good. Is it me? Am I to blame? 

I have sole custody of my children for years. Dad has no visitation rights unless I allow it. Even after the fact of him losing his rights I would let him pick them up 2x a month for 24 hrs. Anywho before Covid I found out he did not have a license. I stopped him from picking them up & instead I would take them & pick them up. But recently in March that stopped because of the virus. He lives with his parents, his daughter & his brother. A little before the virus his brother had drama going on with his parents & was eventually kicked out & his baby was placed with his parents by DCFS. I took them twice (1x in April & 1x in May for Mothers day) to see their grandparents & Dad for 2 hours each time supervised by me. Now it is June & my ex demands me to take my children over there & demands me answer my phone when he calls. Before I go any further let me say he still cannot get over me remarrying & he texts childish msgs. My husband has been a 2nd father & loves them as his own. My ex stopped paying child support since he knows tax season passed & many got their checks along with the stimulus checks being sent out. Mind you he says I don't need money from him. I have enough.

Their father has never been there for school events & makes promises he can't keep. He would video chat them only to see what is in the backround. The kids have told me many times they don't want to talk to him nor even go to see him they rather stay home. Do I have to force them to make calls and see him?

Okay so I married someone with a child. He would have visitations every weekend and since I have been in the picture the visits have been less and less. Just before this covid-19 thing started she would start ignoring phone calls and not opening the door when my husband would pick his son up. So he got tired of the situation and went to file for visitation rights at family law court here in CA. Well once she was served she started a child support case in which she wants revision of his income. When she was with him he wasn't making alot of money. After getting married he went to a trade school and got his certification in HVAC and she found out about it bc he still has mutual friends of theirs on social media. She knows he makes more money and yes I agree she has all the right to request a modification for chlid support. Right now he pays $350 and if she needs extra he will pay more for clothes etc. He pays regardless if he sees his son or not. Mind you she doesn't even allow the boy communication via phone either. 

On the paper work it asks for my income too.

My understanding is they aren't supposed to loij into my income unless the father makes little money. Am I correct?

Also I filed taxes on my own because of my husbands current status in the US. I recieved it and he wants me to take it out of the bank and put it in his safe. I don't understand why bc regardless it will show we had that amount there.

Help!!!!

Okay here goes my question....

I cut my leg right above the ankle on monday afternoon. I ended up getting 4 internal stitches and 16 external stitches. Today is day 3, and I still have mild pain, my ankle is swollen and there is a whole lot of redness around the stitches.

Should I worry??

My son is 3 and has his father's name. The father is not active in his life and only gives us problems like calling texting etc.

I tried the Torrance Family Court and the father was served papers on the name change so he showed up to have my request denied.

How can I get his name changed without his dad getting in between. By the way I have sole custody of my son.
