I've connected my gmail account to Microsoft Outlook 2011 on my MacBook Pro.

It can receive messages just fine, but every time I try to send a message, I get an error message that says "Outlook cannot connect to the server. Verify that your computer is connected to the network." I'm connected to the internet for sure, so I don't know why it's struggling to connect.

I have the incoming server listed as smtp.gmail.com & the outgoing server also listed as smtp.gmail.com. Not sure what either of those mean but that may be the problem.

On my HTC Fuze, in my text messages, there is one message that shows up, but it's not actually a message. On the screen, at the bottom, it says something like "1 message". But it doesn't show up as a conversation... And I can't figure out how to delete it. I've tried Menu>Tools>Clear "Messages" already, and it doesn't delete the message. When I close the keyboard, and access my messages through TouchFlo, it shows one message. But it shows the horizontal line that normally divides the contact name from the message, but that's it. No name and no actually message. I've tried to delete it by pressing Menu>Delete, and that doesn't work either. It just sits there.

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS MESSAGE? Please help me. It's driving me insane.

i have a fuze.

when i first got the phone, i noticed it would get slow as i texted multiple people. i also noticed that it got worse as the phone was turned on for longer. So, i turned of touch flo. i made a good choice. The phone is now a lot faster. However, it STILL slows down as the phone is on for a while and the only way (that i know of) to solve this problem is to turn the entire device off and back on. but then it does it all over again. its become rather frustrating. is there any way that i can keep this fom happening ? i know it has something to do with the program usage. the percentage that shows up under the menu on the home screen (in the top right corner of the screen) increases for no known reason, which is what i presume slows the phone down.

PLEASE help me. i really love my phone and i want to get the most out of it.

I turned on my at&t fuze and windows mobile began to setup , but i had to take the battery out, so i interrupted the setup, (it was showing a bar at the bottom that was saying things like "intalling blah blah blah" and things like that). but when i turned my fuze BACK on, it went to touch flo and the phone started up like normal... but i dont think it finished "setting up". but as i navigated through the phone, everything seemed normal....

is anything going to be wrong with my phone? is there anything that wouldnt have been "set up" properly?

1) in order to assign a picture to a contact, does the contact have to saved to the phone? I keep all of my contacts saved to my sim card because I switch phones often... I know on the razor, a picture ID can only be assigned if the contact is saved to the phone... On my fuze, (that I plan on getting for christmas), I don't like the look of the icon for a contact without a picture... I would want pictures for my contacts but I don't want to save my contacts to the phone...

2) how does the wifi feature work? I won't have a data plan. Will I have Internet access anywhere where I have a wifi signal? And I so, will that be free?

3) how are text messages displayed and how do they look on the screen when they are first received? Is it the same as the tilt? (which I'm assuming is the standard look of an incoming text message on windows mobile) ? Or will touchflo have a different look?

4) can an icon on the touchflo bar at the bottom of the home screen be removed?

I am considering getting an iPod touch. I want all the apps, etc. that are available on iTunes.

But,

how does iTunes work?

My brother has a zune and uses LimeWire to get his songs. I would do that if it weren't for the apps. Could I use LimeWire for my songs? (since its free) and use iTunes to get apps, videos, etc. How much do apps and/or music/videos cost?

And what other details do I need to know about using iTunes?

First- is the blackberry storm coming to AT&T?

second- other than the iPhone, Fuze (touch pro), and Tilt,

please tell me ALL the touch screen smartphones for AT&T that WILL be, SHOULD be, or even have a CHANCE to be out before Christmas this year.

I know the iPhone's data plan isnt optional, which is why I'm not getting it.

But will the fuze's (HTC touch pro's) be optional?

i want this phone but a data plan for $30+ a month would be more than enough to keep me from getting it.

Okay, so-- the HTC Touch Pro is for Sprint, and it is coming out for sprint in the near future... (correct me if I'm wrong)

However, the same phone will be coming to AT&T as the AT&T Fuze, correct? (once again, correct me if I'm wrong)

I have AT&T and I'm getting a new phone; I really really want this one.

2 questions:

1) what are the pricing details? [how much with the mail-in rebate, and how much BEFORE the mail-in rebate-(the up front cost) ]

2) will the AT&T version still include the touch flo 3D thing? (or whatever its called) because i saw a picture of the touch pro with the at&t logo on it, (thus, its the fuze), but it showed the standard at&t NONsmartphone menu on it.... i may have looked at the picture wrong, but i saw NO touch 3D or whatever on the screen of the device in those particular images....

ALL IN ALL- i want this phone for at&t but i want the touch flo 3D thing and the up front cost really shouldnt be over $400, but $450 might be okay.

please explain to me. i just would like all the standard stuff + internet access, which i dont think can be escaped from what ive heard so far. you are automaticallycharged for internet once you buy the phone.

I've asked lots of pantech duo/duo2 questions recently, BUT--

apparently, there have been NO updates for a few months now? which to me, seems unusual.

When exactly can I expect an update?

And will it be slow, steady leaks of info?

Or a sudden 5-page article ex[plaining this new smartphone in great detail?

Also, when can I expect an IMAGE update? I am extremely sick of seeing this black and white blueprint of this phone.

what are the LATEST and MOST RECENT updates on this phone? i have been wanting a duo for a while now, and i recently heard about the pantech duo 2. I saw the picture of the design, but have pictures of the phone itself been released yet? if not, when will they? and when will the phone itself be released? unfortunately, im not at all a fan of the rounded edges resembling the helio ocean, but if i could see the phone itself, i'll be able to make my decision. i loved the first one, i just hope that the only changes from the 1st to the 2nd are positive ones or improvements/updates.

i would have the 2-year contract, so i think thats $199.00

but i heard that there are extra monthly fees for simply HAVING the phone....

Ok so I'm considering getting a Pantech Duo, and I've heard SO many different things. (i.e. breaking, screen freezing), can someone give me a detailed list of pros and cons concerning the pantech duo, including features, lack of features, any personal problems with it, etc.
