Back in the day they told us paper bags was killing the environment and gave us plastic. Now that turns out to be worse. Paper use should be way down now too as people don't read printed stuff as much as they use to. From books to newspaper and flyers.

Results. Slovakia squeaks out a win over Canada and Russia blows away Norway. Other match ups. USA lost to Finland when they could have played Czech Republic.

Or is it a slow news day? The story I saw only news was we have a new clue. News agencies seem to eat it up as they just reminisced with a bunch of historical fill and old film clips. 2 Start the back up against Calgary - but you don't want them to win and ma

ke 8th spot and potentially think they have a chance in a 1st round upset

3 Start the back up against both - let the number 1 rest for playoffs

4 give the back up another 30 seconds in net

5 don't play the back up at all - it's a distraction. focus on playoffs

I have gone through 2 recent lifestyle changes recently, and want some simple ideas for bringing lunch to work.

I used to go home at lunch and eat something like a sandwich with processed meat, or go to a restaurant. But now I need to start bringing lunch ot work.

I also am trying to reduce cholesterol but not by increasing calories.

What ideas do you have for what to bring for lunch? We have a refrigerator, microwave and toaster at work.
