Can I register as a taxpayer with South African Revenue service while living overseas?
The company handling my provident fund payout has told me that I have to register with SARS as a tax payer (I was previously a SITE taxpayer) in order for for them to release my money. Can I register while living in the UK or get someone in SA to register on my behalf if they have all the relevant documents?
