It's a Vizio 50' model D50f-f1 

I have a '99 Pontiac Firebird 3.8L 5 speed, I just got it and I'm having a problem, basically around just under 2000 rpm sometimes it will randomly jerk and jump and the RPM will kick up really high, once you shift it stops. It's completely random though it can do it in different accept for 1st. We know it's not the transmission, we've nailed it down to either the gears in the rear end, the throttle position sensor or the throw out bearing. If anyone can please help me or suggest what to do it figure out the problem please let me know. Both my mechanics are kinda stumped and don't want to rip and bunch of stuff apart and replace things that don't need it. 

So basically the problem I'm having is before the virus hit, I called the IRS they informed me that my taxes were prefect but they couldn't verify my income from my one W2 I entered because my previous employer didn't transmit the info. I've spoke to my previous employer and to their pay roll department that they contact and neither help at all. In fact the pay roll department, basically told me to get lost. I filed clear back on the 3rd of February and I'm still waiting, is there anything I can do to expedite the process, the taxpayer advocate service is really busy, I have tried contacting them. Also does my previous employer or their payroll department have any legal obligation to send this info, or can they get in trouble for taking so long to do it. I left this job because they didn't pay me for 3 weeks stright, so this isn't the first time I've had a problem with them. 

I'm working out of the murach's MySQL 3rd edition and I'm in chapter 3. The problem I'm stuck on says, Write a SELECT statement that returns one column from the vendors table named full_name that joins the vendor_contact_last_name and vendor_contact_first_name columns. Format the column with the last name, a comma, a space, a comma, and the first name like this DOE, JOHN. Sort the result set by first name and last name in accessing order. Return only the contacts whose last name begins with the letter A, B, C, or E. This should retrieve 41 rows.

I've tried looking through the chapter and can't figure it out to save my life, any help would be appreciated.

My buddies mom and him are on an electric account togehter. His mom moved out and stuck him with a $1,000 electric bill. He wasn't even sure why he was put on the bill in the first place. He's a good guy but a little slower and I'm trying to help him because he doesn't have any lights now. His electric company refuses a payment plan and doesn't have any special funds to help. He lives in PA if that helps any, any help would be appreciated.

I have the 2002 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI with the factory amp and boose system. I planed on buying a Sony double din stero, but I can't find the harness to retain the factory warning chimes, on star and steering wheel controls for the life of me. If someone would have the links or names of the stuff I'll need to put this stero in it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2002 Pontiac Bonville SSEI with a 3.8L Supercharged engine and just tonight it started to stutter at a low speed like around 30mph. Its almost like someone letting off the gas and then putting their foot back on it again. I checked the transmission fluid and it's fine. It only does it around that speed, anything faster and it's fine.

I fell at work the other day and told my boss I had but they said their was no one who could come in so I couldn't go to the Dr till after work. After my 40 mile drove home while dizzy, I did go to the hospital and was told I do have a concussion and I was given an excuse. I texted my boss about it and he said I have to come in because no one can fill in. If I just stay home can they fire me, and if they do are they allowed to. I live in PA, I don't know if that matters or not.

So basically I had a traffic ticket nothing major, I threw a ciggerate butt out the window and was cited for littering. I was paying my fine online and at one point didn't realize I wasn't putting some info in right so my fine didn't get paid and a DL-38 was issued (I live in Pennsylvania), I got pulled over not knowing it and the state trooper took my license. I went to my District court and got everything handled, but was told I'd have to wait a year to get my license back. I did have another year tacked on because my great grandmother was sick and I wanted to go see her so I choose to take the risk and got hit for it. All my tickets from that are paid now and PennDOT says I can get a Occupational Limited License, but if there is a way to just get it fully restored or get the time frame reduced I'd love to know, any help is appreciated thank you.

Ok so a good friend of mine called me today and said he got a letter from a tax service saying he owed back "school" taxes. If he didn't pay it he would have to go to jail for a minimum of 6 months. The reason this doesn't make sense is because he is 19 lives with his mom in Bedford County, PA. This letter was from the county north of Bedford, Blair County. He's never lived anywhere but Bedford, he only worked in Blair for maybe a month or two before he quit. I think the best letter is a scam but I'm not sure how taxes work really, aside from they take some out of my paycheck. So I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Thanks.

Ok so my DL was suspended because i had a failure to pay due to a mix up at the court house. My payment plan had gotten messed up and resulted in a warrant and DL suspension. I got all that cleared up and was told to pay $25 and I could get my DL back. Well sadly Penn Dot did not inform me of the suspension until after I was pulled over for a tail light and came back and told me about my license being suspended. Anyways long story short I have a job that's 25 miles away that pays minimum wage in a area with zero public transportation. So I got pulled over again because a different tail light went out. Now I have to pay a driving on a suspended license and without a license. So my question is how can I be cited for driving on a suspended license and driving without a license. I don't see how you can drive without your license on you if it has been suspended.

So I just bought this thing and it has some weird issue to were, the battery has juice, you can hear the starter going and everything trying to go but it won't start. If I keep trying till the battery dies then jump it, it starts right up.

Ok so a friend of mine called me last night saying about how his dad got pulled over because his Windshield is spiderwebbed from the middle over to the right side. When he got pulled over the cop called Satellite auto glass in our area and made a appointment for the car to have the windshield replaced. The cop then told my buddies dad that he is to be at the shop tomorrow at 8'o clock to have it replaced. When his dad explained he only had enough for his rent that is now due today, the cop responded saying that it isn't a choice and that he would be there to make sure it was done or he would come to his house to cite him. My question is basically can a cop force him to get his windshield replaced. I know they are not physically forcing him, but its his only car for work. The cop also would not give him a extension on it when he explained when he gets paied (on the 1st of December). Is there anything he can do till his lay to avoid the citation. This is in Pennsylvania if that matters.

My great grandmother has fallen more times than I can count and along with not reversing to eat, take meds and accidentally setting two microwaves on fire, she isn't safe living on her own. Problem is she refuse any help, she won't go into a nursing home. My. Grandmother (Her daughter) tried taking care of her till it got to hard with the other things she has to do. She also has been losing her memory, forgetting our names, where she put stuff, or even that she don't have a car anymore (she would ask where her car is, even though she crashed it years ago). I don't know if there is a way to put her into assisted care or not without her consent. We live in PA of that matters. I'm not very familiar with this kinda stuff as I work and am away alot. Any info would be great thank you.

So I turn 18 on the 24th of February, my mom has been kinda guiding me on what all I need to do. But one thing doesn't make sense, I have received SSDI for years due to a mental illness, now it's supposed to keep going they said but this is my question about it. I was told the check you get is always for the month before like the check for February is for January. The check for January was December and so on. My mom told me I won't actually receive any SSDI money till April because the check in March will be for February and the pay date is before I was 18. Im sorry of I didn't word this the best but this is all kinda new to me.
