My cat is pregnant (unintended, she's a house cat but escaped my flat, it took us 4 days to get her back in, and that involved climbing trees to Catch her. She WILL be getting spayed so no need for lectures on unwanted kittens please) anyway my main priority is to ensure both her and the kittens are in the best health, she's been on kitten food for the past 2 weeks and is now starting to lactate, based on other behaviours I assume that tomorrow is the day. I want to make sure she has a high energy dinner tonight incase she goes into Labour during the night or tomorrow morning, other than her usual kitten food I was suggested to make her some scrambled egg. Does anyone else have any suggestions on what I can give her? Thank you

My friend is pregnant, but also has a child from a previous relationship. Her boyfriend and father of her current pregnancy is being charged with statutory rape and has court next month. He didn't know the girl was underage and it's proven that she lied about her age and name. She's told the police that he didn't rape, but her parents still pressed charges. She's in bits about it all and wants to know the likely hood the social services will make her stop seeing him, she will of course stop seeing him for the sake of her children, she didn't know about any of this until after she fell pregnant. She would be grateful of any help anyone could give her

My friend isn't feeding her 9 month old properly, she is 13 pounds and very pale and looks malnourished. They came over for 7 hours at 12 pm and her mum claimed she hadn't eaten her breakfast and was refusing to drink her formula. Her mum then fed her daughter half a jar at around five a clock and despite her daughter crying for more food she put the jar away. They then left at 7pm. Her mother has serious issues over her own weight and I think she is purposely depriving her daughter of food so her daughter won't ’get fat’. I have tried to encourage her to feed her finger foods and have even offered her biscottis etc and each time she has refused my offer. I don't know how to approach this as I can not sit back and allow their child to be starved. Advice would be much appreciated. Ty in advance

This is my cats first and last litter. At around 8am this morning my cat woke me up pacing the room, meowing constantly and jumping all over me for affection, I let her out of our bedroom and she ran straight downstairs to her birthing box. By 2:50pm we had 3 gorgeous little kittens, all doing well and suckling, the placenta came out and was eaten after each birth, she did so well. She's cared for the cared perfectly all day since. An hour or so ago we went downstairs to find Mum sat on top of the dog crate she birthed her kittens in attentively watching her kittens. When she saw my husband and I she immediately started to act the same way she was this morning. We made the judge decision to carefully move her and her kittens upstairs into our bedroom where we could keep an eye on her through the night. She still behaved the same way, tensely pacing the room, laying down on the floor for a minute then pack to pacing and crying. She stopped that behaviour and is in her box nursing her kittens. I will be calling the vets tomorrow for there advice but was hoping for any body's advice who's experienced anything like this before? I know its possible for cats to stop labour and continue later in the day or even the next when they have had time to rest, is there anyway I can tell if this is whats happening? She doesn't look big and pregnant any longer. Thank you

My husband and i have been TTC for 4 months. I have a 35 day cycle and O usualy around CD 14. This month we BD'd on CD 10, CD 12 i had egg white discharge with a small blob of blood in it. Reminded me of the mucus show. After that i started to experience some symptoms, nausea, smell sensitivity/avertion, cramping, bad back, bloating, and head aches. Yesterday on CD 21 i took an ultra early 10 miu test. It came back with a very faint positive within the 10 minute time frame then the positive got darker than faded. Later when i looked it was replaced by what looked like an evap line. I took 7 more through the course of the day and they all did the same thing. My husband could see the line and my best friend witnessed them changing. We tested my husbands wee but it didnt happen to him, my best friend is pregnant so i made her take a test too to make sure they work (they do haha). Yesterday i also had brown dishcarge. Todays FMU test did the same thing. Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing or knows if i could be pregnant. Also have a swelling/pulling sensation in my abdomen and i cant lean back very far. I still have 13 days till af is due. I hate having long cycles haha

I have a 35 day cycle and usualy ovulate quite early normaly just over a week after the end of my periods. Ive felt off this month nausia, cramping, back ache, head aches and a general feeling of something not being right. Im not due my period for 2 weeks. As we are ttc i like to be stocked up on early predict pregnancy test (10 mlu) i took 1 this morning and the line was deffo there faint but there and with colour took another 3 after that all with a veru faint positive. Since then theyve all gone a little off colour and the pos line looks more like an evap line but on all of them. If it is evap it wouldnt show on all of them would it? And they all had a faint positive within the time frame. But also today when wiping after using the toilet i noticed brown discharge, not loads and only a lighy brown. What do you guys think.of all this? Anyone had anything similar? This would be my second pregnancy

My female tabby cat is nearly 2 years old now and we are really close. Shes never gone from the house long she isnt spayed due to financial reasons (i need advice not grilling on the subject) earlier i noticed i hadnt seen her sonce yesterday morning which had me panicing as this is totaly out of character for her! I finaly found her in the ceiling of my shed. My bathroom is over the shed and she was hiding on the insulation under the bath. I tried calling her down but she wouldnt come. I tried touching her and she freaked out which is really odd as shes very affectionate towards me and never reacts that way to me. I heard a cat crying last night but there are so many cats in my area i didnt think it was her. I pulled out as much of the insulation as i could but she was hidden right at the back and there was no way i could reach her or the rest of the insulation so i could see her. I cant get to her through the bathroom as its tiled all over.. I will be calling the vets tomorrow to ask their advice. But any help in the meantime? Im worried she could have carried and hadkittens in there without us noticing. Ive put food and water on the floor of the shed (along with a little bit of steak) and her bed with loads of soft blankets. Im hoping that in the morning if the steak is gone ill atleast know for sure if shes still in there and if shes had a kitten hoping shell.move it to the bed. If now i dont know what to do. Im so worried about her

Hello, this would be my second pregnancy if I am. I really want another baby and would be so thrilled if I am. Now is the time to do a test, hut I don't want to disappoint myself. I haven't even told my husband about my symptoms. I'm a few days late so nothing to scream about yet. Lately my breasts have been getting very sore and heavy I can't walk without a bra on as it hurts too bad. They're sore around the tops and sides mainly the top and occaisionaly I get tingly nipples. I've been feeling nauseous every evening but only thrown up once. I also really enjoy a cappuccino with my friend but today it tasted odd, more fruity, she couldn't taste anything different. I've been cramping a little every few days. I'm scared to take a test incase its neg, I'd rather my period told me that, somethings different. Also a lot more boating than usual and had odd pains in my lower abdomen a few weeks ago. I know I should just take a test, but I so want another baby

I know its daft to ask, but its starting to bug me. Yesterday in work I started to scratch my chest, when I looked to see the cause of the irritation I noticed the rash starting, it looks like sunburn because the bumps are so small and so clustered together its sort of a mild burning itch, it quickly spread onto my upper abdomen and up to my neck, today it covers pretty much my entire stomach and is starting to spread round my sides, its also started breaking out in the middle of my back, on my chest it is no longer red unless it starts itching it just looks like ive got really bad goosebumps. Im not allergic to anything and have not changed any soap, skin product, perfume or washing powder. Im hoping to get to the docs friday, but my work hours dont make it easy. Ive tried camomile lotion, and dabbing the affected areas with cold water as much as I can. Its been over 30 hours now and showing no sign of improving. Thanks

I have a female moggy, approx 9 months old, as far as im aware she hasnt had her first heat or period yet. About a week ago my fiance and I went out for a few hours, we left the window open for her to come and go as she please. On returning we found her in the house and she had this semen like substance on her back and on her bottom region. There is nothing in the house or around the neighbouring gardens that it could have come from. Is it posible sh e had sex without having had a heat or period. She is not spayed, we had s av ed for the surgeory but due to an unexpected financial situation we needed the saved money. Anyone know anything about this?

I started my last period on the 28th of February. About a week later I started to have dizzy spells and was throwing up, that then stopped but I started to have agonizing pains in my abdomen, which would radiate into my lower back. I went to the doctors and they sent me up to the hospital for a scan to check for ectopic pregnancy, they did not scan me, but did a blood test for internal bleeding and pregnancy. A few days before this I had light pinkish brown discharge. The next day I phoned for my blood results and they were "not suggestive of pregnancy", I must add at this point that my hospital is terrible, and was told by a nurse that their blood tests are not at all accurate. The pains persisted so I went back to the doctors, they sent me to have swabs taken to check for any infection or STI. The pains stopped a few days later and all the tests came back clear. I had a few faint positives after the spotting but have not taken any more tests since then. I am now 12 days late for my period and I am never late only ever on time or early. I was on Marvelon contraceptive pill, but wasn't very good with taking it and have been off it for about a month now because of all this, I want to have a period before I can safely start taking it again. It is the wrong timing for another baby as I have just started a new job and we are getting married in October, so I'm dreading taking another test and for it to be positive, so I'm stupidly holding off on taking one in the naive hope that everything's fine. Could someone please help me, I'm sick of going to my doctors, as they're useless and it took 4 visits complaining of terrible pain for them to do any kind of test, so I know they're not really going to help me. Can any of you?

I am/was on Marvelon contraceptive pill. I stopped taking it on the 16th of March under doctors advice as I had been experiencing bouts of nausea and faintness, he suspected I could either be anaemic or pregnant. My Fiancé and I had sex on the 13th, though I was never that strict with taking the pill and it is likely I missed that day's. We again had sex on the 17th, after not being on the pill for 4 days. My last period ended around the 6th, so knowing my cycles are quite short I should get my period between now and tuesday. I have taken a few pregnancy tests just because of the doctors suspicions, they were negative. Yesterday I had light pinky-brown discharge, assumed it would be the start of my period and thought nothing of it, until it didn't progress any further and had stopped about an hour later. I have been getting cramping and bad back ache for a few days now which is uncommon for me as I usually only cramp the day before and first day of my period. I took a test this morning and it was a faint positive. What are the chances what I had was implantation bleeding? When should it show up on a test after this? I have had no more bleeding, only more cramping. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ok, so im going to need to explain a bit. I am/was on marvelon contraceptive pill (never that strict with it), my fiance and I had sex on the 13th, about a week after my period finished, a week after I started feeling very faint and was throwing up, this lasted for a few days, I took a pregnancy test, negative. I went to the doctor, he said I could either be pregnant or aneamic, so under his advice I stopped taking the pill. I continued to take a test every other day, 2 were faint positive (though these were cheap pound store brands so I dont trust them completely) we had sex again on the 17th after being off the pill for 3 days (it didnt register till the next day. Today I had pinkish brown discharge, thought it was the start of my period till it stopped an hour later. I had a negative test this morning, but I am concerned it could have been implantation bleeding, I have learnt that you dont produce hcg till after implantation. I am getting blood tests tomorrow to find out if in aneamic, hoping I get my period too as this is completely the wrong timing for another baby. I have been getting mild cramping and twinges in the right side of my abdomen. My period shoukd be due around now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting married in little over 8 months, the theme is going to be winter wonderland.

We're planning on decorating and cheap as possible, and making everything ourselves The ideas we have so far is to make hanging decorations with sequin covered heart shaped polystyrene balls. We have scatter crystals for the tables. We're going to get some twigs and spray paint them in white and silver then use them either for Table decorations or make some kind of archway. We're also going to make sweet trees (to entertain the kiddies). If anyone else has any ideas or suggestions I would love to hear them. The colour theme is silver white and lilac, and my dress is very princessy with roses on the shoulder and hip.

Shes 12 weeks old and is a rescue kitten. Shes been away from her mum since 4 weeks old so is a little slow in learning to be a cat and cleaning herself, instincts are setting in and shes learning slowly. But every now and then once every week or 2 she will smell very foul. Ill usualy just get a baby wipe and gently clean her bum area and paws, this usualy fixes it so I thought it was just my kitten being neglectful of cleaning her bum. Butive noticed (3 times) that the same strange smell wil be on my clothes, twice on my fleece dressing gown (which she loves and suckles, kneeds amd sleeps on every chance she gets) and my coat. I know its not her wiping her bum on me as the smell on the coat was on the sleeve by my hand (and id notice if she rubbed her smelly bum there) shes hasnt been spayed, is just a moggy, and not had her first heat yet. Any idea? No coloured marks where the smell is, its foul but not unbearable.shes a very healthy kitten, very active, great appetite, has whiskas dry food day to day with a treat of a bit of ham, chicken or beef one or two times a week, and dreamies treats when shes being particularly cute. Nothing comimg out her bum area, no runny nose or eyes, no cough or sneeze, just a funny smell

OK, so in a little over 9 months time I'm getting married. I have very short hair (pixie sort) and my Mum would love for me to have long curly locks on my big day (obviously I really don't mind else I wouldn't be considering it) so to make mother dearest happy, I have agreed not to cut my hair and to let it grow out as much as possible, hopefully about a month before the wedding it should be past my chin at least, and have also agreed to have extensions put in (at my mothers expense). I have been considering getting micro ring extensions put in about a month before the big day, I have a friend who is a qualified hair dresser and certified to put in hair extensions, she also won't charge me the earth (So mum's purse won't be too badly damaged). Would you reccomend this? I have been doing my research and decided that micro rings sounds like the safest and easiest option. I would say my hair was fine to normal, very healthy (I always condition each time I wash and treat my hair with all natural products at least once a month). I think a month would be amply time to get used to wearing and caring for the extensions and they'll still look their best on the day. what do you think? (I have never had extension before, not even clip ins)

Im getting married in just over 9 months, I'm pale skinned, and have dried out acne on my forehead, been there for years, other than that my skin is normal, not spotty, dry or greasy. I wash with warm water every day, wash with a facial scrub around 2 times a week and moisturise twice a day. I am planning on getting a facial around 2 weeks before the wedding maybe sooner as ive never had one before so dont know how my skin will react. I dont have sensitive skin, use raw egg white once a fortnight, and a mask once a month. Anything you personaly reccomend?

The past 3 times my fiance and I have had intercourse (about a week or more apart) I always get a 'period' the next morning. I'm 19 and have a 19 month old daughter, ive been on marvelon for about 5 months but im terrible at remembering to take it. The 'periods' are just like my normal period, but without pain and vary in length, first one lasted 2 days, second lasted 5, and current just came today (had intercourse last night) as weve been together 3 years and im on the pill we dont use condoms and he always comes inside me. Anyone know why this couldbe?

For well over a week I have had little to no sleep, it takes me ages to fall asleep, then I wake up every hour or two and again take ages to fall back asleep. I dont drink cafiene or eat sugary foods after 6pm, im physically and mentaly active during the day, I quit smoking 3 days ago (sleeping problems been going on well before I gave up). I have an 18 month old daughter who sleeps from 7:15pm till 8:00am. Ive tried loads of natural redemdies, and was given Temazepam 10mg by the docs the other day, was told to take 1 a night, they do NOTHING, if anything they perk me up! I went out with my mates the other night, had a few too many, not even that made me sleep! Its really getting to me now, im going back to docs tuesday, but would like some advice on what would work and wouldnt so I dont waste my time. Thank you

I need to write a letter to my previous employer stating my intentions to take further legal action should he not comply. He has deducted £50 from my wages and refuses to pay this back to me, he refuses to give me my pay slips which he is require to do by law, and I need them in order to claim the benefits I need to sustain my family. I have been in touch with citizens advice and they have adviced that I send him a letter and email stating my intentions to take him to tribunal and he has a 2 week period in which to correct these things. I'm just not sure of how to word my letter. Any help?
