red oscar spots??????
Can someone give me an idea on what I am seeing on my 4inch red oscar.I have a 55 gallon tank and its been up and running for about 9months.All of the water tests dont seem to have changed from the past.It seems to have chunks of scale or skin missing(it started on the top of his head and now there are several spots on his sides and fins!The largest chunk is on the top of his head.I had a goldfish tank many years ago and they got ich and it doesnt have that same appearance.Are there different types of ich?It looks like something has been taking chunks off of his body but he is the biggest fish I have and none of the other cichlids ever seem to pick on him???ANY IDEAS---I have had him in my tank now for 4months and none of the others seem to have this problem(it has been getting worse).
