Im a 17 year old male, ive been runnning 2-3 miles before school lately.

My current sched is two days running, one day off, repeated through the week.

Is this a good schedule that will maximize the time im working out?

btw im training for a fast 3 mile for marines pft

What is a good running schedule for a 17 year old male?

I run about 2-3 miles before school every day, im training for a fast 3 mile (marines), and i want to maximize my workout.

So far i have been doing run two days, one day off, run two days, one day off, etc...

Is this a good healthy running sched?

want to buy a computer monitor to play my xbox 360 on. I play my xbox 360 on a monitor right now, i have the hookup cables.

Would this be a good choice?

I preordered modern warfare 2 at gamestop and was wondering if there was gonna be a huge line at the day it is released. If there is, what is the best time to go pick it up? I was thinking after school on the day it is released but camping all day at gamestop is not an option for me though.

I can get $20-$25 trade in credit if i trade in my copy of MW one.

Do you think it would be a good idea for any reason to hang on to MW1?

The only reason i can think of is for campaign, since i am tired of the multoplayer anyway. I just don't know if it worth missing out on the opputunity to save $20 just to keep a campaign i have played through countless time...

I have an xbox 360 arcade and i put a hard drive on it. I was wondering if the arcade is actually have cheaper hardware, less ram, or less quality parts than a pro or elite?

Like does games take longer to load on a arcade?

Cant decide assasins creed i loved that game even though it was super repetitive but i also want a game i can play with freinds and online and the coop mode on mw2 looks awesome, campaign looks pretty good, but assasins creed 2 looks amazing as well being way more open

So i preordered my first new game, modern warfare 2. What i thought this meant is when i paid the $5 fee, they would actaully SAVE me a copy for 48 hrs or however long a time it is.

But now my freind is telling me that they only use preordering to get an estimate of how many games to buy, and they might be completely out of games by the time i get to gamestop (after school).

Can someone please explain just what preordering is? I thought it was that they would hold on and not sell a copy for me beacause i preordered it?

k i got antivirus system pro virus a while ago and i succesfully got rid of it. But i was just wondering, what would happen if you actually got so annoyed by your computer being almost totally locked down or were stupid enough to actually "buy" what they offered?

Do you think they would let you have your computer back after you did buy it?

Ok so our internet is like about 220kbps download and like 115kbps upload. Yet to my continued amazement, I play on xbox live with no lag at all! I have played a lot of games online and none of them lag. How is this possible when people with blazing fast internet still get lag?

So i got antivirus system pro virus on my computer, and after a great struggle i mangaed to get rid of it with malwarebytes. Now i am wondering if it could have stolen a password/personal info from like an amazon or ebay account. Have not gone on any site and entered my password for at least two weeks before i got the virus, but it was wondering if it could still have found like my amazon password or something?

Ok so i just bought cod 5 for xbox 360, and i see that there are 3 map packs at 800 points a piece. Im really not all that crazy about spending any more money on this game, so tell me, do you need to have the map packs to play online or can u play without them? I do not have xbox live gold right now and would like to know before i get it.

Or also, do you have like a 1 month card you don't need? Or maybe a 3 month card you don't have a use for? I would even take a 1 year subscription if i had too. Also, does anyone have a spare xbox 360 they don't want that i could have? And if you had a HD TV you didnt want i would like it. And also, do you know where i can get free microsoft points?

So for some reeson i started noitcing that my butt crack was geting realy wide and long! I look in the miror and i can notice its longer evary DAY!!!!! PLZ help i dont think this is supposd to happen im afriad to sit down fast cauze i might rip it open furthar if i sit wrong!
