I feel like I'm articulating my notes with my throat or something. Last time I played for over an hour, and I had a sore throat for weeks after. Today my throat felt a little better, and i tried to play, not my throat hurts again.

I know we're supposed to push the air with our stomach, maybe I'm not doing that? Can I teach myself how to do that properly?

I was hit on the side, under my arm, in hockey and one of my ribs got pushed in and injured at it's joints, both on the sternum and the spinal cord. Can anything boost the healing process or is time the only solution?

my friends grew up pretty sheltered under their parents' roof. Now we're all about twenty, and they want to meet girls but don't have much of a social network, or the confidence to get out there and try lines or what not. They last told me that they want to develop a "Friends" kind of coffee shop space or a "how I met your mother" pub place where we'll meet regularly in the hope of meeting girls. Should I push them to get out there or just accept that this is what the world is now?

I Have a green onion plant, and I picked one of the strands, and it had a whole bunch of gel, that looked just like aloe vera gel. I used to keep the plant outside and it survived a few frosts. I'm wondering if that gel is bad, or maybe even good? and is it because of the frost.

I have used this computer before, but not for a few months, now I want to synch more music and it's not connecting. The computer detects the ipod, such that when I plug in the usb, it does a ding sound, but my itunes does not. help?

attn. all physiotherapists or anyone who knows anything about ligaments/tendons.

I got kicked in the heel during a soccer game last night, and my foot was relaxed, so all the ligaments (and/or tendons) were highly strained in order to keep my foot on my leg. I'm pretty sure nothing is ruptured because I can sort of walk on it, but I have pain all around my ankle now. (no swelling at ALL though.)

I have another soccer game in two days, is there anything (food, meds, stretching, excersises) that can help me back up and running by then?

I have a friend who wants to produce a hollywood movie. How does one get into that business. Do you need to know producers or can you just go in with your idea. He knows a CA and a lawyer both pretty well and thinks if he comes up with a plan, he can do it. far fetched?

I seem to have gas quite often lately (past few months). On a pace of about... 10-15 farts a day, on average, EVERY day! It seems like a lot more than I'm accustomed to. Sometimes they smell, sometimes they don't.

Last summer I built in 4 gardens into my patio. Now that spring is nearly upon us, I need to decide what to plant in them. I love to cook, especially with fresh herbs so I want to grow my own peppers, spices and maybe a raspberry bush, but I want to make sure my gardens are nice. (colour, flowers, stuff)

There are two gardens in the back, both on either side of a dining patio.

The other two gardens are in the front of the house and are accustomed to being "furnished" with flowers. (tulips, daisies, lilly's. )
