I am a recovering biotech engineer who helped to create the first commercial DNA fingerprinting product used by police forensics laboratories throughout the USA, and numerous other products that helped humanity to further and benefit from its knowledge of its evolutionary origins. I recognize that most people today would simply not exist, much less live relatively comfortable lives, if not for science. I believe that science has been humanity's salvation. I understand that science is what it is because science is Truth. I believe it is deeply dishonest of any person who continuously enjoys the benefits of science to deny that science is the basis of objective knowledge, since we are living proof of that. I believe it is unjust to force anyone to conform to any ideology not supported by science, and that every person is born with the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I believe that science is the key to understanding and solving all problems in the Universe.
