Hi, me and my mom are looking for super cheap apartments in Las Vegas that don't accepts bad credit and doesn't do credit check, doesn't care about past rental history...we have been late on rent every month for 2 1/2 years, was in a legal agreement with the courts and broke that several times but was given extra chances, now we are done...the property manager has had enough and is going to evict us but we told her we would leave on our own by the end of the month and she said she won't proceed with the eviction if we do. Also don't have any personal references. We are both on disability and only make $1,950 combined I checked out Siegel Suites, Budget Suites and The Suites but they are all $1,200-$1,300 a month for just a one bedroom. We are looking at $800 a month for 2 bedroom. We we're paying only $557 here a month. Reason why we couldn't pay rent is cause we committed fraud with our debit cards and ATM fraud and the bank let us stay with them but banned our ATM use. We also made bad check payments to our current apartment online and they banned our online access. So we had no way to pay the rent that is why we broke our legal agreement. If anyone knows of any place that would rent to us with our record and awful credit of low 400's credit score please let me know. TY. BTW this is NOT a troll post. Just desperate to find an apartment for us. TY BTW, needs to be less than 1/2 mile walking distance to casino as I play blackjack for extra income and we don't have a car.

Hi, I am moving from Akron Ohio to Las Vegas Nevada, which is 2100 miles. The drive which is an average drive of 28 hours..28 hours going 75 miles an hour and that will be my average speed with some places even faster. I 100% must make it there in one shot...absolutely no way out of that. Can anyone tell me how the drive will be and what to expect please. TY

Me and my mother asked our ex neighbor to pay our rent on his credit card...our rent is $548 and with the online payment fee and a little extra our ex neighbor agreed to $600 and we would pay him $100 a month for 6 months starting in January. But we have been unable to pay him for 2 months and we told him that each time he called. Now he won't answer the phone and we left 6 messages. We are worried that he will dispute the charges with his credit card company as he used a credit card. Will he be allowed to dispute the charges? Would a credit card company or bank get involved in the personal agreement we had with him and let him file the dispute? We could care less if he takes us to court as me and my mom both are on disability and they legally can't garnish Social Security and that is our only income so not worried about him taking us to court. BTW, we want a LEGAL answer. Not some moral BS you people will tell me. Just legal standpoint. TY

Hi. My mother and I switched our Social Security benefits from US Direct Express to Walmart Moneycard. Just now noticed that our middle initials aren't on our cards and Social Security has our middle initials. So will there be a problem with our direct deposit?

I ordered food delivery from a privately owned pizza store with my last money we have to our names to last me and my mother 4 days until we get our Social Security. When I called and gave the owner my debit card to pay over the phone and when he asked for my zip code he reversed a number in the zip code resulting in the card being declined but still making an authorization hold on my card for the purchase amount. He refused to help us in any way even though it was his fault. He just kept on saying the hold will fall off in a few business days. Now we are left with no money and no food...he just said to call back when we have more money. So I am asking what recourse do we have for tonight? Can we call the police and the police can help us somehow? Cause isn t what he did theft? We need help ASAP. BTW, we have no car to get anywhere and we have no friends or family or neighbors to ask for help and we literally don t have a bread crumb in the house and don t even have a nickle anywhere.

Hi, I was diagnosed with an anal fissure 17 days ago by my gastroenterologist and was prescribed Nifedipine cream. The prescription was compounded and to be used twice daily. It has been 14 days days now and I see no results thus far. My next appointment with my doctor isn't until January 3. I am having pain after a bowel movement that can last for 8 hours sometimes. I would like to know if there is any over the counter pain medication or creams I can use with the Nifedipine. Would preperation H be OK to use with Nifedipine cream? Anyone suggest any prescription medications? I have an appointment with my psychiatrist on Novemeber 3rd, would she be able to prescribe me some pain medication?

Is it legal in the state of Ohio to have a ladies only poker tournament? I know in other states courts have ruled it to be illegal but casinos still put up ladies only poker tournaments in hopes of men being respectful to the ladies and not entering the tournament but if a man wants to enter the casino has to let them. Hi, my mom and I were in the area of a very good reviewed chinese restaurant and we decided to bring some food home and she got fried dumplings, but we have no idea what the best way to reheat those. They have been in the refrigerator all night. My mom was thinking of heating them in the oven. I say since they were fried to just fry them some. And how long to reheat them too. Anyone can help me? I heard in car crashes the impact can make your organs slam into your chest and brain slosh around...well how does that happen and how does that kill you? Does the seat belt and air bag help out at all when that happens? Is there anyway to survive a crash when that does happen? Do they put the organs back in place? How do the organs and brain move? Aren't the brain and organs held in pace somehow? And is there any other way things like that can happen? Like a roller coaster for example?How does a roller coaster coming to a sudden stop not make your organs slam into your chest? I have always thought death from car crashes happen when you are crushed, impaled, blunt trauma or thrown from the vehicle. Never in a million years I would think this.

My mom and I live in my grandma's home. My grandma passed away in October and the house is in her name. The house insurance is in her name also. My mom wanted to get it in her name but was told she can't cause she has no insurable interest in the house. My mom has been paying the monthly insurance premiums. We want to know what would happen if something were to happen to the house and/or the stuff inside it. Would they issue her a check in her name? Issue my mom a check? Or would they not pay at all? But how can they not pay at all when my mom has been making the payments? If they do issue a check in my grandma's name can it just be deposited into the bank account that my grandma's name is still on along with my mom? My mom, nor I can have the house put in our name BTW. TY all.
