With the storms coming across the US there are reports of stores not being able to keep things stocked because everyone is out stocking up for the storm. I guess it is from my upbringing in the 70's but we were well stocked well before the storms came and I still do this. I defrost the freezer over the summer and then make sure those, the cupboard and our water supply is well stocked long before winter hits. How do you do it?

We plan to visit the Dominican Republic and have found that they speak French and Spanish. I have looked on the web site for our hotel and cannot find the answer.

We bought some frozen Pollock. It is so salty that it does not taste good. What can you do to eliminate that?

I have taken some kids off the Salvation Army tree for Christmas. The girl wants educational games. I am not sure what those are. i have looked at all the games and am not sure what to get. Any ideas?

I cannot get any information on school. They only want to send it out or talk to you if you are graduating school in the next 6 month. I need to find the information and how much it costs long before that. Can you help?

I bought some root hormone and tried to do this. I followed the directions and did this to some willow trees, clemetis and some red plum trees. They wilted over night.

We say Brooks and Dunn and JAson Aldean in concert Sunday night in Columbus Ohio. Tyler Dickerson is a 16 year old boy that opened for them. He was awesome.

A friend wrote a quote today on her face book page by Bette Davis. Something about knowing you have been a parent if your kids have ever hated you. Another friend commented that it was so true and her daughter tells her that at least weekly. My oldest will be 20 in July, the other two are 16 and 13 and so far they have been smart enough not to utter those words go me. God help them if they do. Do peoples kids really do this?

What would make you happy? What would have to change?

Every time I pick a category to answer a question it goes to questions from a week ago. I have to then go the the bottom of the page where there are four new questions and four resolved questions to get one. This has been this way for almost two weeks. What is the problem and how do we fix it?

Two of mine have gone to summer camp and they love it. I think that it is good for them.

Weird question I know. I put mine off last year and have not gone this year. My friend just turned 40 in November and went for her first one. She just had a double mastectomy a week and a half ago. I think that I am going for mine and wanted to remind you to go for yours. She is a healthy girl with no family history of any cancer. It took her by surprise.
