I've heard bleaching or some sort of depilatory can help, but I don't want to wax or do laser removal if I'm satisfied with simpler ways. I also refuse to shave them because the results are not pleasant. It's starting to get warm out again so I can't wear long sleeves any longer and I don't want to be super self-conscious about my arms anymore.
