Well he's normally a goofball, and when im around he's a bit more calm but still goofy at times. We talk to each other a lot and he's friendly and all with me but when anytime dating is mentioned pointing towards us he stops talking and will usually change the subject and act like nothing was said about it. It kind of confuses me is it because he likes me but doesn't want to throw out hints or admit it or is it because he can't see me as more than a friend and just feels akward talking about dating? Just please give me advise on what i should do with him i like him but i don't want to get hurt in the end. Why would you think an inexperienced guy would do this?

If a guy and a girl were having a nice little conversation and someone that knows the girl likes the guy say's something out loud to them like you two lovebirds or anything like that the guy stops talking to the girl, turns away little and says something waayyy off topic to change the subject? What does that indicate?

k so i like this guy who i believe likes me too. He talks to me differently than others(he's usually confident but to me he's more i cant explain he's like intimate but not sexually i guess haha), my friend told him i liked him and he said with a smile "Oh reeally." ever since then he talks to me more, even says hi in the hallways. he usually tries to look me in the eye but im way too shy to do it back lol. anyways i wanted to know how i could give him my number in a cute way without saying stuff like ''do you have a phone, let me see it'' then put my number in. no i want it to be more of a cuter straight-forward way. and i kinda want to do it when were alone instead of in class lol. got any ideas? please :)
