  • Is it difficult to exchange Philippine Peso to Korean Won in Seoul?

I'm going to South Korea for vacation in May. From experience in my previous trips to Hong Kong and China, I'm better of not changing my Philippine Peso to Dollar before my trip because it's better to exchange my Peso to HKD or RMB when I get there in the airport forex change. Any suggestions for Korea?

  • What's a recommended travel itinerary in Seoul?

My friend and I are traveling to Seoul on May 2010. Because of our flight schedule, we will only have 2 full days in S.Korea, arriving via Incheon around 9PM. We'd like to make the most out of these 2 days, and possibly the late evening upon arrival. Do you have any recommended travel itinerary? What can we do on our first night at that hour? Does the bus or subway still operate around 10PM? How long is the travel time from Incheon to Seoul and how much will the cost be?

    Thanks!

  • Applying for a Korean Visa. I'm a Philippine passport holder?

    Hi,

I just recently booked our flights and hotel accommodation to Korea for a May trip, thinking that applying for a visa is easy. A few feedback sources said it was hard to apply for one so I'm starting to worry! Is it really hard to get one? Is the approval process and requirements as tedious as the US that requires large amount of money in the bank and stuff like that?

I have a very stable job but I can't help but worry...Any help would be appreciated!
