This is my first time rooming a tenant, and he signed the document before I realized to change it.

By signing this rental agreement. I acknowledge that the $200 dollars security and cleaning deposit was never paid as prior stated on the room rental agreement dated 12/22/2014, which leaves this tenant paying $0 dollars deposit. Therefore, this new room rental agreement reflects (only) the tenant's Security and Cleaning Deposit was waived by the landlord. Therefore, the room rental agreement dated by on 12/22/2014 is void.

.I work at a correctional facility. We are not issued pens. At our monthly meeting, I asked if the institution supplied ink pens. The Warden informed that pens did not cost much and that we could buy our own pens. The property officer stated that we did have pens, but some people would get over their supply of pen which caused the property officer to order before schedule. I know that they could easily have the officers to sign for their items and watch monitor them. My question to my yahoo group is: should I have to buy my pens, or does correctional facilities have different rules when it comes to property. I own a large building and I want to open a 24 hour daycare center. I do not have license but the women that will work for me have license. One even has a degree in early childhood development. I have already registered to take whatever class or hours that I need. I already have license to run a resale shop in my town but now for childcare. Anyway, Community action has already inspected and approved the building.

It is in an Ideal area. It is across from the park and 2 doors from the police department and one door from the court house. We, the community members decided that this is a good idea. The building already has restrooms a few beds and bath. The only thing that we can think of at this time is for those that is getting checks will need to help pay for utilities and the rent. We are thinking about charging $120 dollars per month per individual. The ones paying will be getting some type of financial support. We chose not to go non profit and deal with the hassle and paperwork. We need yahoo’s assistance on providing us with the proper way to get this started. Please inform.

I was on my job on April Fools Day when I got an emergency call. I was informed that my child had been arrested and needed to be bailed out. Knowing that this had never happened before, I rushed off my job, driving over the speed limit, on my way to the bank to get the bail money. Since it was after hour, the banker waited at the bank for me. She informed me that she had gotten a call that her daughter had to be rushed to the emergency room due to an unknown illness, but it was intended to be an April fool's joke. While she was informed me with anger in her voice, I got another call, saying April Fool. When I explained to this person what they had put me through, they simply stated, "you can't take a joke. You should have known it was April Fool Day."

I have an HP Officejet 4500 printer. It copies fine, but it will not print from the computer nor from Word. I call a technician, but since my warranty is out, he wants to charge a lots of money, and I just don't have it. I have ink, I have ran a test page and I have cleaned my cartridges. When I run a test from my CD, It shows that my USB port is not connecting from my computer to my printer. My computer is in good condition and I am the only user. I have tried changing USB port, but it still does not work. Please tell me what to do.

This letter is in reference to a document and letter that I presented to you back in November of 2013. The document was from my physician stating, " ". The letter was from me, and it entailed more about the reasons behind the document. During this time, both documents were handed to Lt. Pates, Chief Wesley and yourself. You explained to me that you did not want to involve the members of the board, and that it would be handled by you and the Sheriff. You stated that since I had a note from the doctor, I could not be denied time off, however, you stated that you would have to see what the board had to say. At this time, you informed me to get with Lt.__________and Chief__________ concerning my off days. I spoke with Lt. Pates and was informed that I could be off on Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays since we had fewer officers on those days. I was asked what time I wanted to started my RDO's. I stated immediately. I was given the go-ahead by Lt. Pates in the presence of Chief Wesley. This conversation took place in the Lobby near the door of administration room, a little before Muster. Another letter was presented to Lt. Pates, Chief Wesley and yourself acknowledging to work those three (3) days.

On this day, January__________2014, you called me into your office in the presence of Captain Greene to speak with me concerning the time both the Chief of Security and Lieutenant granted me to take off. You stated, " I never gave you anything in writing where you could take off, you should have never taken off without something in writing, the board never approved you to take off, I am going to speak with the Lieutenant, because she did not had the right to give you permission to take off, could be terminated, you had better be glad that you weren't terminated for taking off on your own, you never went part time, you were always full time, that is not the type of document we use to grant reduced yours, our shifts are already short." You did imply that if I could not work full time, I perhaps needed to find another job. I informed you that I will be glad to try to go full time again.

I informed you that I dint think that Lt. _________, Chief_________nor I deliberately tried to go against policy. It was all a misunderstanding.

This conversation ended with me thanking you for not terminating me, and apologizing for the misunderstanding on behalf of Lieutenant_________, Chief of Security____________ and myself.

You did imply that if I could not work full time, I perhaps needed to find another job where I could. Now, as far as me finding another job; I love working at this facility. I am elated over the opportunity start back on my 40 per week. It has been very difficult for me to financially sustain on just 24 hours. I hope and pray that I will be able to health will allow me to work the full hours.

I am getting ready to have a sell out from my boutique with proceeds to go toward charity. Since we are not non-profit, we are not accepting money, nor are we asking for donations from others. After having lost three family members to cancer and watching my brother and husband battle it, we decided to continue our contribution with these proceeds toward cancer research.
