Fight stronger monsters(people-things? I wouldn't call them monsters). They have a list on the site of monster levels, and you can use that to determine what you should be fighting. Usually a mob of things 2 levels lower, or about the same level. In groups you can fight pretty strong mobs :) G'luck.
