He can sue you again, but I don't think that he will prevail, because it is on the same facts for the same event as the first time, and the case was dismissed, so he lost. I don't think the judge in the second suit will look kindly on this at all, and will probably deny his suit.

Yes, he can sue you again. A case where the plaintiff doesn't show is usually dismissed without "prejudice". This mean that if the plaintiff can show the Court that they had a good reason for not being able to attend Court, they can get a new trial.
However, if the plaintiff shows up and loses, then the plantiff must file an appeal to try to get the Court to re-consider it's decision.
Bottom line, the plaintif can resubmit the suit if the case was dismissed because of a no-show at Court

A central can pass with the aid of their technique and report in the event that they think that a baby is being abused. yet here is the element. college artwork stress comprehend the version between spankings and abuse. in comparison to a neighbor, instructors can not report anonymously and would stick to college administrative regulations. they are able to be written up or perhaps terminated for falsely reporting. That pronounced, it truly is amazingly difficult to get a instructor to report abuse. and that they actually won't report a "spanking" and function it blow up of their face. As for suing, you will in easy terms gain this if an action is added against them. He did not get hit via the mothers and dads so he can not sue them. yet whilst he needs to be on the 6 o'clock information, he can sue in the call of the college for some sort of disruption. yet back, which could blow up in his face.

I am not sure if they can or not..but what I do know is that if they continue to sue you that you can make them pay your attorney's fees....especially since the case was dumped the first time. Usually that makes them stop. It's also in your favor the first case was dismissed.
