    Some things that might help:

-try a support pillow that allows for proper head and neck alignment

-if you tend to stay up too late and go to bed overly tired, stop. this is a big factor.

-drink hot/warm tea or water or gargle with salt water before bed.

-try to sleep on your side.

-Breathe Right strips really DO work!

-There is also a spray for the back of your throat, by the same company. Haven't tried it yet.

    -avoid drinking alcohol before bed.

-IF you are overweight, slimming down (even by 10%) contributes greatly to your sleep quality.

-You might have a deviated septum, or an issue with your soft palette, and may need surgery.

-also, it may be a sign of sleep apnea, which is a major medical issue that not many people take seriously. If this stuff doesn't work, or if you think you have sleep apnea, talk with your Dr. to make sure you don't have underlying problems. My stepdad had to go on an oxygen machine at bedtime after he almost died in his sleep.

This is interesting because if snoring honest to god makes you feel this way I think you may need to talk to your physician about a suitable anti-anxiety pill. I'm not even being a smart as*. I'm serious. If its your hubby...sleep in another room. Believe me when I say a lot of couples do this. If it is another relative...I mean, they are in another room for god sakes! What more do you want? If you can hear it from their bedroom maybe it is something worse then the normal snore. They may have a medical problem.

  • If snoring is since long and every day problem than visit a ENT doctor and get it surgically corrected or it will give automatically when a small reason like cold or allergy will go !Always YouRsmE

Sew a tennis ball to the back of your PJs. Keeps you from laying on your back. Worked for me.

YOU PROBABLY NEED TO HAVE A SLEEP STUDY DONE. YOU MAY HAVE SLEEP APNEA. IF YOU DO THERE ARE MANY WAYS THAT YOUR DOCTOR CAN HELP. I HOPE THIS HELPS.
