Vegetarian shoes in Denver/Boulder?

Does anyone know of a store specializing in vegetarian/vegan shoes in the Denver or Boulder, Colorado area?

Update:

Let's see Annie. Probably because most vegetarians and vegans choose not to use these products at all. Veganism isn't a diet--it's a lifestyle choice. Vegetarian/vegan shoes is a common term used to describe shoes made without leather, wool, or animal-based glues. Why don't you find another category to spout your verbal diarrhea in?

Update 2:

As for the online sites, I've bought many a pair of sneakers that way (one pair's on it's way actually), but I have ballerina feet with super high arches and I need to be able to try on dress shoes before I buy.

There's no store at all in Colorado that specializes is veggie shoes. Your best bets for physical stores (as opposed to on line) to find man-made shoes are (as KitKat said) Payless and also Target. Both those stores websites also list at least some of the non-animal shoes so you can have an idea of what to look at in the store (to avoid reading too many of the animal shoe labels<g>).

Wal-Mart isn't a good option! They've chosen to go for cheapie third world leather shoes because those are actually cheaper than man-made shoes!

There are basically 4 types of vegetarians and as the person above said , Vegans dont use any animal products some dont even consume milk and honey. I just dont eat meat , fish or eggs , but i do have dairy products and i have leather shoes and belts , etc.... 1. LACTO VEGETARIANS They eat no flesh of any kind. Their diet consists of fruit and vegetables and dairy products(vegetarian cheese only) 2. LACTO-OVO-VEGETARIANS They eat the same as the lacto vegetarians but also include eggs in their diet. 3. VEGANS They eat only plant food. They eat no flesh, no eggs and no dairy products. Some will eat honey but not others. 4. FRUITARIANS They eat only fruits, nuts and seeds.(This includes the fruit of vegetables such as tomatoes and courgettes. However they never eat the roots of plants such as carrots and potatoes) ******** Slipperman not everyone are vegatarians because they are aginst killing of animals , some of us do it for other reasons , so i dont think its fair to class all vegetarians as hypocrites... ***** Haha sliperman , no hard feelings mate , btw , i like "bunny-huggers"

I'm not sure of a physical store in your area, but if you're interested in buying online, there is a great site that sells vegan shoes & clothing that is cute and cruelty free:

    http://www.alternativeoutfitters.com/

I've never had any problems with them and they have fast shipping, so that might be an option for you (this is my favorite).

Vegan essentials also has a selection of shoes:

    http://www.veganessentials.com/

    also:

    http://www.mooshoes.com/

And if you're into hemp, this is a good shop:

    http://www.rawganique.com/

    edit...

I see your issue. All I could come up with was this site:

    http://www.vegcolorado.com/index.html

Maybe you could contact one of the resources within the resources & links page for local shops that specifically sell vegan shoes. Hope you can find what you're looking for!

What does EATING no meat have to do with shoes? Are you looking for shoes with no leather? Because that's not the same thing as being vegetarian...
