What movie had the theme song She's A Beauty (One in a million girl) ???
It was a movie where an asian girl is kidnapped for ransom and one of the kidnappers fall in love with the asian girl.

I know what song you're talking about but that song wasn't in any movies with the plot you describe.
However, there is a movie that fits your description perfectly. It's called "The Bit Hit." It stars Mark Walhberg as the man who falls in love with the kidnapped asian girl who was played by China Chow. So while the film may not have the song in it, it certainly seems like the movie you're looking for. (By the way there is a song called "She's The One" by World Party that is featured in the film.)

The only one I can think of (and I don't believe this is it) is Deuce Bigalow : European Jigolo.
The song was by "The Tubes" and came out in the 1980's.
