    you mean like a hot milky drink like coaco or chocolate coaco beans are used to make chocolate and they are related to the coffee bean and i suspect that they contain a similar stimulent to cafene and may keep u awake rather than relax you to sleep. orange juice early in the day might help with sleep tho due to its properties. or just plain warm milk banana smoothy maybe add something from your spice rack to it as a sweetner like nutmeg or something id luck it up to see wich is best alcohol is no good you dont wake up feeling refreshed thats if you get to sleep at all. most stuff is to release energy so you want to drink or eat light food and release the energy slowly

    I don't think that drinking helps you sleep. It may help you become unconscious, but they sleep you get is not very restful, or healthy.
