Correct spelling: Gray or Grey?

My grandmothers hair is grey but it is also gray. I know people have gray matter for their brain and greyhound buses are always busy...what thinkist thou?

    Grey is used in UK and Australia. Gray is used in US. Both describe the colour that is somewhere between black and white.

    if you a big fan of football(soccer) you might know the legend andy GRAY,if you watch GREY's anatomy you might know what colour is the cloud before it's rain? my dad's car is GREY my mum's hair is dark GRAY we don't care what they say?just spell what you spell everyday,my uncles name is david GREY but his hair was GRAY now He's dead and laid in a GREY casket.........holy GRAY and GREY just spell this

    It depends upon which side of the Atlantic thou'rt on. The "a" spelling is generally American; the "e" spelling generally in England (U.K.). Names, including Greyhound, are spelled as their owners choose, where'er they be.

    Gray is tyically referred to when talking about color......Grey is used when referring to the tone of a specific color...(usually white, black, or Gray.)

    both spellings are correct just depends on which side of the Atlantic you are from.
