the economy is improving?

what does that mean?

im from the Philippines, and im confused, when the president said that the economy is improving, what does she really mean?
you see, she can always say that the economy is getting better, however, the people do not feel this improvement. there had been no changes in commodity prices, in fact they keep on getting more expensive, so was she lying when she said that? or do you think it's wise that she told the people about that when she is not able to let these people feel the improvement?

it's better for the people that we are servants to, we are servants to the elites, so she's speaking to her rich buddies that play around with out tax money, the government is a legal mafia, they are the new organized crime, no more italian mafia unless it's backed by the irs

she ment that the suplays of money in philippin are geting beter and beter .
i think philippines people is vary nice because when i was 13 years old i went to it was vary nice
