Anyone with a sony ericsson w580i??

Question

I bought one a few months ago and love it, but the buttons on it are cracking. My # button is almost completely broken in half and the 2 and 8 are cracked down the middle. Anyone else have this problem?

Update:

I bought it from the AT&T store and it wasn't shipped. Also, I have never dropped it.

Just call 1-800-801-1101 (our warranty department). This is a known issue with some of the early shipments of the W580i, and they'll replace it without too much hassle.

ALOT of people have had this problem and sony ericsson proclaimed some shipments had keys made of faulty material. They will fix this under warranty-no questions ask. If they do ask - send them to me!! lol

Nope.........did u buy this model from a proper dealer cos i dont hav these probs and i hav had 1 for almost 6-7 months

Did you drop the phone or something ?
   - If you have the warranty, why don't you try replacing it with the vendor?
Did you buy AT&T refurb model?

yeah i used to have one. my 0 button had a crack in it.
