When you stop exercising, will the muscles that grew on your body become fats?

    No Muscle stay muscle and fat stay as fat cells. Muscle cells just shrink... They will grow with exercise again.. you never lose muscle only muscle size.. if that makes sense.

    Body cells dont change into other things.. (only in a unhealthy body like cancer etc)

    No, muscle doesnt change into fat, it just gets smaller. The good thing is that muscle actually looses mass a lot slower than it takes to build muscle. After youve been excersizing for a while it will also take a while to accumulate fat again because of the extra muscle which fights off fat.

    No the muscle will not turn to fat. But if you stop exercising you need to reduce your calorie intake or you will get fat.
