Do you smile when you see people taking a picture?

Question

For some reason when ever I see other people taking a photo let it be on TV, or at the mall, or while skiing... I always smile. 

Am I the only one?

Not sure.  I live in the city and often I will see somebody taking a picture of a building or the skyline.  As I walk by I'll try to see their vantage point to find what might've been some inspirational shot.  Usually it's just a street sign.  Sometimes I want to ask them, "What are you thinking?  That's the dumbest shot ever!"
