If I attempt to leave the country while on parole, will I be detained?
I have land, work, and a fiance waiting for me overseas. I want to leave and not come back. I am on parole. Can I get out of the country?

-You can get a judge to allow you to leave. Unless you do, you will be arrested at the airport and sent to prison.

BE sure that the country u are in doesn't have a extradition treaty in place with the one you are already in.....You may be able to get out depending on which country u are in now and how you go about it......If the usa u may be listed on the system already if u are on parole.... i am not advising you to break the law but giving u information..... legal advise cost $10,000 payable in advance...

your passport number, and name would be on a sort of black list in the computer systems - so if you attempted to flee the country, you wouldn't be able to and you would be detained.
is it really so bad that you have to flee, can't you wait it out?

You can try but if they catch you in customs then back you go to jail with added time. Once a crook, always a crook.
