When I go there I don't use them, but you will find them mostly in Malata at Mabini. These places are open 24/7. I would rather recommend Angeles, or if you have a lot of time just to skip that and meet a nice girl. Not sure what NSA is? But I would also for Manila recommend the Edsa international entertainment complex on edsa and roxas across from heritage hotel.

If memory serves correct Imperial on Quezon Ave and I think Pegasus has a parlour on the lower level but that place is really pricey but the best looking girls of any gentlemans club. Best of luck.

You should try Arlington's. Im not just sure if they were now equipped with WiFi and LCD TVs just like The Paz. Good luck!
