What to make for dinner?
I already know that I am making twice baked potatoes, I pulled out Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, but dont know what to do with them, I'm headed to the grocery store, so ingredients arent a problem, and if you can reccomend another meat, i can cook the chicken tomorrow.....let me know what to eat for dinner?

Simple: Marinade the chicken in about a half a bottle of Italian Dressing and then grill them. Yum. I recommend a minimum of 20 minutes. Make sure you throw away the marinade and do not re-use it since it had raw chicken in it.

Chicken Kebabs.
4 Chicken Breasts.
2T Soy Sauce.
2T Dry White Wine.
1 Clove Garlic Crushed.
1t Fresh Grated Ginger.
Chop chicken into 2cm (¾”) cubes. Mix in a bowl with soy, wine garlic and ginger and marinade for 1-2 hours.
Prepare vegetables for kebabs. Mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers (bell), onions, pineapple, baby corn.
Thread onto skewers and cook on the grill.

BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS
1 c. butter
12 chicken thighs
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 recipe sauce
Heat butter in skillet. Shake the chicken thighs in mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Arrange chicken in skillet, skin side down and fry to golden brown. Transfer chicken to baking dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
