can some one tell me a little bit about The government of the MIDDLE colonies? like what kind of government they had, and any important documents.

I know the middle colonies (I assume you're talking about the Chesapeake Bay area) remained loyal to England, as opposed to the northern colonies who left England to obtain religious freedom. My guess is that they had government similar to England's in the middle colonies, sorry I can't be more specific. Try Googling Virginia Colonist Government or something.
