it can make you feel down and you really have no control because your hormones have taken over.

it should get better but there will be good days and bad .

Just think though you will have a gorgeous baby at the end of it all so its all worth it.

good luck and take good care of yourself and your growing bump xx

I feel exactly the same. I'm 10 weeks with my second and throwing up like you wouldn't believe. I can't even leave the house anymore because I know I'll throw up in public. There's nothing I can do to stop it and I feel really bad for my 8 month old as he has to play at my feet for a few hours every morning while I'm huddled by the toilet. I wish I could be happier and excited about another pregnancy but I feel too bad to think about anything but trying to keep food down. Tragic really. Reckon it's been so bad for us that the rest of the pregnancy will be a breeze and we'll have perfect babies that sleep all the time and never cry. That's what I keep trying to convinve myself anyway. In the mean time try Fruitella - I've discovered that eating one every 20 mins or so doesn't make me as sick (or maybe I'm just coming out the other side). x

I had really bad nausea and vomiting...and it wasn't just morning sickness. If it continues after week 13, or you can't even keep water down, please go to a doctor who will listen and tell them how severe your symptoms are. I had hyperemesis gravidarum with all 3 of my pregnancies. I don't write this to worry you, just to encourage you to get help. I also felt depressed throughout my pregnancies. Hormones eh!!

It's early days yet though, so I'm really hoping the sickness goes away for you.

Also, don't worry if you can't eat anything....the baby takes what it needs from you, even if you can't eat anything.

I had this precisely with infant #2, i could no longer get away from mattress till I had eaten some salt and vinegar lays or saltine crackers to set me up for the day. i might say to consume small issues often so tht starvation would not set in, for the constipation I drank quite a few Orange Juice, that's solid for you and helps it alongside slightly :o) the different ingredient you're able to do is drink some prune juice or some thing ewww lol

yes these are normal feeling...but there are comfort measures you can take, lots of sleep, eat things with perpermint to control some of the nausea, go out for a walk, talk to someone about the deppression and dont worry the baby is fine you will be done with your first trimester by 13 weeks.

The sicker you are, the healthier the baby! :)

Of course your not gonna feel great right now though. I mean come on, your probably constantly throwin up, or feel like it anyway. But don't worry you'll be happier and feel better by about week 13. :) Congrats!
