Your thoughts on this recipe idea please...?

I am thinking of making a nilla wafer crust with butter, cinnamon and sugar, pressing out into a tart pan and blind baking for 10 min. Then taking fresh cranberries and chopping them finely and placing them on the crust, topping with fat free condensed milk and then a brown sugar, cinnamon, walnut and oatmeal crumble. Probably baking at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Does that sound like something good? I'm bored with normal desserts and wanna try something new. Or if you have a way to make it better let me know!

Thanks!!

Update:

Thanks for your thoughts Ashley Nicole - but the filling I have now is about as close to a custard as I ever want to get.

It did. Up until your filling turned to be nothing more than cranberries and sweetened condensed milk.

Maybe make it more into a custard. With some spice.
