problem with error message on camera... help please...?
Hi, I have an Adata SDHC Memory Card Turbo series class 6 4GB, which i loaded into my Canon Power Shot A530, and these appeared on the screen of my camera:
"memory card error"
"card locked"
How can I fix this up?

i've checked the little thing on its side, it isn't locked as it is situated 'up'...

On the side of your SD card you should see a little slide switch. This switch must be in the upward position... with the direction you insert the card being "up"... for the camera to be able to write to it.

If it's not locked, you may have a bad card. I would try returning the card if it was just purchased.

Well, if it says "card locked" then maybe the card is locked and you need to take it out and unlock it.
