Website Help with one-of-a-kind jewelry?

I am creating a simple website (thinking about using iWeb) to sell jewelry. My problem is that I need a way to let have the website automatically delete the item once it has been purchased. All the jewelry is one-of-a-kind and I cannot have multiple purchases of the same piece of jewelry.

Is there a shopping cart that will do this or some html code?

Also, Can you recommend a good web hosting company?

Try looking at the following company, I know with their shopping cart, you can set the quantity of stock to any number and it reduces as it is purchased, when it reaches zero then it will not be displayed. in your case you will set the quantity in stock to 1 so when that goes it will not be displayed. If you were to re-sell this then all you do is go back and reset the quantity instead of typing all the other information for the product.

    see:

    or

They do everyhting from website design, developement and hosting, the complete package is £10 per month or $20 per month all inclusive of everything.

I have a store on etsy.com, they charge 20 cents for each listing and they charge you like 3 cents for every dollar you make on an item, each item lasts like 3-4 months in your store until you sell it or you can renew it.
