broken lense in digital camera?
I got my camera about 3 months ago, at circuit city, but I am no longer in the USA and now my camera lense cracked. The camera was kind of expensive and I can't get a new one, if i just got this one 3 months ago. about how much would it cost to get it fixed? and is it even possible?

my parents are gonna kill me.
if it can't be fixed, is it possible to get it covered by the one year warranty supplied back in the US, if I'm in a different country at the time.?

My friend was babysitting and her neighbors broke her lense too. I don't know how much it was, but she said that it cost more to fix it then to get a new one. I am almost absolutely sure she said that it costs more. I think she said hers was a Nikon.
