OK I rarely ask questions but this one I definately need help on...I will call this questions MY STALKER?

So I live in what's considered a Middle to Upper class neighborhood, pretty much safe, everyone knows everyone, great place to raise kids and have a family. I"ve been living here for over 20 years, but every once in a while, something bizarre happens. Despite the fact that the neighhood has changed, recently there has been a burst of panhandling, homeless (they seem to think if we live here we can afford to give them money) yesterday while in a local store this man who always sees me happened to be in line behind me. Admittedly I"m a goodlooking woman, but this man literally followed me, I kept trying to ignore him so finally I went into a grocery store picking up a few things to make for dinner and this man was still behind me, trying to talk and get my number I kept telling him "sorry i'm not interested he was so persistent" then he started getting loud I get to the register go to pay for my groceries he then goes into his wallet and is yelling at the cashier "dont take her money" i'm paying for it I told the cashier "I don't know that man, i have no idea who he is he's just following me" the cashier ultimately took my money but that didn't stop the guy just kept talking and following me in the middle of the day in my neighborhood finally I got to a firehouse and started to walk towards it that was when the guy disappeared. I know this is a bit crazy to ask but are men this desperate? I wasn't even in the least attracted to this guy and I felt his persistance was really extreme please help what do i do if i see this fool again?

He's a psycho. The next time this happens, just call the police as you're walking. Just make sure you don't walk into a private area.

No, not all men are like that... Obviously.

I did as you will see. pertaining on your question: i'm sorry to declare yet without Jeff Hardy in it I even have my doubts. no longer something against the different wrestlers yet no person takes the hazards like Jeff Hardy. each and every time he's in any tournament with ladders an tables you are able to anticipate Jeff to perform a little stunt which will depart you questioning how he ought to in all likelihood have survived it. How can anybody desire to good that.
