In order to get your weight to start reducing again, you need to EAT MORE.

Not eating ruins your metabolism and in fact that cause you to have an even harder time loosing weight.

Get on a diet that is low in "refined carbs" (sugar, bread, processed foods) and high in fruits and veggies and whole grains. Get on some flax seed or fish oil. Eat seaweed or take pills with seaweed so your thyroid gets enough iodine (a major factor in weight loss).

Like Susan Powter says: EAT, BREATHE, MOVE. That should be your motto from now on.

PS: Those weight loss adverts above are CRAP, ignore them.

Your body has gone into starvation mode. You need to be eating around 1200-1500 calories a day to survive. The reason your weight is going up is because your body is trying not to die. It's packing away every calorie you give it, since you're not giving it enough.

If you want to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume, and you need to feed your body properly. Increase your calorie intake, and increase your cardio workouts.

Do about 30-40 minutes of cardio per day. Supplement this with 30 minutes of weight lifting or resistance training.

Feed your body. Your metabolism has shut down at this point. If you feed your body properly, and exercise daily, your metabolism will stabilize, and you will lose weight.

However, for your height and weight, you sound pretty perfect. Add some muscle to tone and reshape your body, and be happy you're so slender.

You aren't eating enough. Your body is storing everything as fat since you are starving yourself. The minimun you should eat would be 1200 calories and even that you should check with a doctor first. What's most important about losing weight is excersise and proper diet. Do some cardio and eat a healthy freakin meal.

You really need to EAT MORE THAN 300-400 calories a day. Losing weight isnt just diet. It takes exercise too to lose weight in a healthy way. Eat more and exercise. Your already a healthy weight. See!
