there's alot you can do about african music if you want to do that:

there are djembe drums, very responsive, uses hands

sabar drums, palm and stick

kpanlogo drums, which use the hands

you could talk baout african singing, use of 'malisma' theres a group called LadySmith Black Mambazo which I'm not a big fan of but they're a really good example

So if you wanna do music, there's a lot you can do really!

Different dances for different festivals and times of day, different drum rhythms etc.

You can't think of any? There are lots of things about Africa you could talk about. History, Geography, Religions, Mythology, Food, Tribes, Languages, Economies, Countries, Culture, Music, etc.

Looks like you have several good suggestions. Try this one maybe:

Africa has almost no topsoil and cannot support large scale farming operations in many areas. Rwanda and Burundi are volcanic soils and have huge populations in small areas because soil is so rich.

The rest of Africa has no topsoil because it is either desert or washed away by rain and huge rivers.

research the berlin conference, when a group of european nations met and divided the continent of africa because they thought the residents were barbaric. you can talk about how it affects africa today, what the europeans did to the africans, etc

how many people are being slayed in some of its countries because of their poor government. Or the drugs and drug wars that circulate the continent.
