Serious help on crush problems D:?

I've known her since last year and she's chinese named lets just say UWW. She's really my type, I mean she's smart,pretty and nice too unlike other bad girls out there :P. Well,here's the story... everytime on recess,she'll always stay at the corner of the cafeteria with her other two friends, and I tried to approach her from afar but when I get closer and closer... thats when I start chickening out and my heart beats so fast... idk but I tend to get really nervous approaching her.So,I can't do anything but just make eye contact and smile.She sometimes catches me watching her and I catch her watching me lolz.. I'm a really shy person and so does her i think :p. One day, my friend dared me to talk to her about life and you know wut stuff -_- so I waited for her at the corner of the stairs and she didnt came... well lucky me ^^ cuz it happened yesterday.Can someone help me with this nervousness :( it's preventing me from talking to her and I really like her :(. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks Yahoo'ers! ^^

Thanks for the advice guys ^_^ and Long time no see Philly ^^ sorry but I've been studying for the mid-year exam thanks I can see that everyone wants me to be brave :P

    Hey Nazren - Long time no speak.

    Well heres the thing mate, approach her, seriously think about it 10 years ahead, it won't even matter. Plus you'll have UWW as your girlfriend :D

    Think about it Naz, what will it matter? Plus think about it, she might like you now. But in another 3 months she'll find another person to like because you didn't ask her out!

    Girls will NOT ask men out, just ask her for some lunch Naz. She will appreciate your confidence. Act like an Alpha-male and make sure you ask her to go out again after the date ends, even swipe in a kiss :p

    u jus have to man up.. but if ur shy then i suggest the letter approach.. write her a nice letter and how u feel. might want to include how nervous u r to talk. sweeten it up by asking her if its ok to have lunch together alone. if she feels the same then ur on. but if not at least u can move on
