where can I buy the gel that stops boobs from popping out?

I was searching on the net for the gel itself to apply to my bras, and perhaps used the wrong searching words.Does anyone know what word I can use to find it? Or know where I can buy it?

For clarification, its the gel which you see on the edge of the bra, you may find it more on strapless ones.

    Well, I don't know, but I don't know if it is a bad thing that your boobs are popping out....
