What are some good, easy plants for shady areas?
Preferably, something that has flowers or is otherwise attractive.

Elephant Ears, very low maintenance, just don't let them get too much sun. (We have these and they come back every year without any work)
Coleus are also pretty if you want some color in your garden with low maintenance.
