What is a synonym of the word "synonym"?
Very seriously, is there really no synonym of the word synonym?

An Antonym is: Antonym
But more seriously synonym comes from the latin stems:
Syn- same (or together)
Nym- name
so very seriously, synonym is a synonym of synonym
*others are metonym, equivalent, similar, same

This question is asked virtually every day. The answer is simple. Not every word has a synonym. And synonym is one of those that do not.
