why do we eat salads?

    Salads give roughage which helps in digestion & move of waste.

    Salads gives us add on vitamins & minerals which we miss out in cooked food.

    Never mix fruits with vegetables as they both require different enzymes to digest them.

    Eat variety of salads each day to balance of nutrition, never eat the same salad every day.

    If the salad is made correctly it is a very healthy alternative to any appetizer. As for me personally I love having a nice big salad AS my dinner. Because I make awesome salads and I LOVE the taste of salad!

    advantages of salads--

    1)high source of roughage

    2)vitamins and minerals from the fruits and vegetables added.

    3)safe and free of cholesterol and all those rubbish....

    4)very cheap and affordable

    5)often delicious

    6)easy to make(in fact,it is just a raw mixture of the fruits and veg.that we like,ie,whatever we put into ,can be named as anew salad)

    We eat salads b'coz they contain carbohydrates which are helpful in creating energy. Without energy you cant even type this message! Eat Salads and ask more questions.

    because it's good, it's healthy, it's food to go with dinner, tradition, etc.
