What do you think of this poem? need professionals opinion.. PLEASE!?

So I need feedback for this poem. What do you think of it? I would love as many answers but I'm particularly looking for ones of people that know their way around poetry and can give me a professional opinion.

I'm a mother of a child,
my child has no father,
the father of my child doesn't care about his child.

I'm a mother of a child,
my child lives as if in a box,
my child is cold and hungry.

I'm a mother of a child,
my child lives but has no life,
my child breathes but has no breath.

I'm a mother of a child,
my child has no mother,
I, the mother of the child have no child.

I'm a mother of a child,
my child's mother couldn't be a mother..


* So I was going for a deeper meaning, I'm wondering if everyone will understand what actually happens in the poem.. this is really important to me so I'm hoping for lots of answers! Thanks in advance.

Okay i liked i but I think the meaning is a little too deep for me, I don't fully understand. I'm an English Lit student. I think I understood it until this point:

I'm a mother of a child,
my child has no mother,
I, the mother of the child have no child.

But yeah, to takea shot, I would say it would be about having feelings of inadequacy as a mother, and feeling disconnected from her child, perhaps about postnatal depression, miscarraige, the death of a baby, or giving away a baby for adoption?? Please let me know what it was supposed to be about, I'm interested!

a professional opinion? ...That poem is unprofessional. My opinion: this is a powerful poem. you may say, it intrigues me. I surely understand a lot approximately having been corrected too many cases (and a lot too rudely) as quickly as I've written "alot". as though instructors have been too ignorant to appreciate it. i think of they're. (it is the "my opinion" part of my reaction:) those fools probable confuse it with allotment, or something. Eye thinc dat onlee fillossiferrs shud bee abel 2 teech ingles. & stuf...
