Parting is such sweet sorrow. How to make friendships that last?

I don't think there is a recipe for a friendship. I believe the best ones are the truest because they just happen, sort of like faith. We can't go out one day looking for a best friend, they catch you by surprise. The biggest test for any friendship would definitely be long distance. If you can make it through that I guarantee you will make it through anything.

Parting is a good thing, it really tests the strength of a relationship, a apparent strong one would break so quickly, and players move on o quickly, only minutes after they've sworn they were in love. Friendships depend on the people, if you really want them to last pick a friend thats your other half, don't have everything in common etc stubborness, having a friend thats quiet and one thats loud words wonders too, they work well together.

my best friend in the www is moving, i know it will be hard but just have to make time and effort to keep the long distance friendship going on...
