    Use CCleaner instead.

Some runtime errors are due to software bugs, which Ccleaner cannot help with. It would help if you would identify the program that is running when the Runtime error message appears. Most common programs are updated frequently to solve these errors.

RunTime errors are sometimes due to hardware problems, which no software program can solve.

RegCure has a poor reputation and the major magazines like PC Magazine and PC World will not even review it. Wikipedia does not have an article for it.

It is not sold in stores like Best Buy, Frys, or Wal-Mart or Target. Rather, it is advertised by "affiliates" who get a little commission for promoting it. These affiliates spam Yahoo Answers a lot.

Also, a "bank" called ClickBank handles the credit-card processing and has had a reputation - in the past - of making a lot of mistakes.

RogueRemover used to detect and remove RegCure, but since then, Malwarebytes.org gave RegCure a chance to clean up the act. But it does give exaggerated results something like +500 errors and you have to pay to fix the "imaginery" errors. Avoid RegCure.

No registry cleaners can solve Runtime error. If you google for Runtime error on the net, none of the solution of using a registry cleaner can resolve the problem. And if you find websites flogging registry cleaners (normally rogues or crapwares) that claim that it can "fix" Runtime errors then don't believe that. The claims of improving the performances, preventing crashing and freezing are myths largely created from the registry cleaning software companies. Registry cleaners doesn't do much at all and can cause harm instead. Even removing "redundant" keys can have a negative impact on your computer. I'm going to leave this argument from this link to tell you why that registry cleaners are best to be avoided.

By the way, for Runtime error, need more info like what operating system you're using and where the problem is coming from?

Regcure exists for the sole purpose of getting money from you, the trial version will try to suck you into paying for the full version by finding fake "errors". Never buy a registry cleaner, be careful of free ones. They have the potential to do a lot more harm than good. I suggest reading the following to understand what a registry cleaner really finds and what it does.
