My 23 month old son and 3 month old son love each other so much. The past week my toddler wants to give his little brother a hug before he goes to sleep. Tonight when my I put my toddler to bed he hugged my 3 month old then I left his room. My 3 month old usually goes to sleep shortly after that but tonight he kept crying. My toddler heard him crying and was calling out from his bed "baby crying, baby crying, hold baby, hold baby". So I brought my 3 month old in to let my toddler give him a hug. The instant my 3 month old saw his big brother he started smiling and cooing. My toddler wanted me to lay the baby down next to him. So I did. Then he said "Camera, picture". So I went to get a camera and by the time I got back (which was less then 30 second) they were both asleep. So precious. I am so elated at how much they love each other.

We don't know each other but day after tomorrow is our youngest one's first birthday! She is taking steps and saying a few things and she adores her big sister (who is five) and has fun with her brother, too. The other day I asked our baby to go tell Leona (five year old) that dinner is ready to see what would happen.. she took a few steps over to where she was playing and said "foofoo?" meaning food. So cute.
