question about herbal remidies?
I take fish oil and vitamin c daily , is there any reason why they cant be taken together at the same time in the day ?
should i say have the vitamin c in the morn and the fish oil in the arvo
theres no counter reactions for taking them together is there ?

Thanks guys , im allergic to salicilates
which is why i take Vitamin C as im restricted on citrus food i can acctually eat

Totally no reason why you can't take them together - I would take them with food, because you will be less likely to have fish burps, and then your vitamin C will have some bioflavinoids with it - which totally by passes that issue of "plain old ascorbic acid is harmful" bit - - which by the way, isn't true...
But for the record, I am a much bigger fan of getting Vitamin C (and most other vitamins) from Fruits and Veggies

In my humble opinion, you should cut out the vitamin C isolate and just stick to the fish oil. Try to get your C from food, since synthetic or isolated C is basically worthless, and sometimes even harmful.

There is absolutely no difference in ascorbic acid (C vitamin) from any source.
Fish oil and C can be taken together. Both are nutrients and not medicines.
